WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. All orders including international orders are qualified for our over $70.00CAD Free shipping option. We use two international warehouses where a third-party supplier manages our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Certain remote locations may not be reachable. We will reach out to you and provide you a refund if this is the case.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES
We take pride in offering flexible delivery options for our customers! As we operate from two international warehouses, shipping times may vary depending on the distance between countries. Our shipping process typically involves both flight and ground shipping to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.

To optimize our shipping frequency, we schedule flights every second week, and when possible, weekly based on order volume. If you place your order just before the weekly shipment to your country, you can expect super-fast delivery of your package(s)! However, if you order after our deadline, the next flight delivery might be two weeks away, resulting in a total delivery time of three weeks (two weeks for the flight and an additional 3-5 days for processing and delivery is typical once it arrives to most countries).

If you have specific time constraints and need your order within a particular timeframe, please contact us before placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs. Our goal is to avoid any unnecessary shipping costs, but for customized delivery options, additional shipping fees may apply depending on your desired order quantity and shipping speed.

For your reference, approximate shipping times are as follows:
United Kingdom: 15 days
Rest of Europe: 2.5-3.5 weeks
CanadaUnited StatesAustralia & Everywhere Else: 3-4 weeks
(in our experience, the average delivery time to the USA and Australia is 2 weeks, however we list it as 3-4 weeks in cases of unforeseeable events).

Please remember that these are approximate shipping times and may be subject to flexibility in the event of supply chain disruptions, inclement weather, the holiday season, etc.

 

RECEIVING MULTIPLE PACKAGES FROM OUR DUAL WAREHOUSES & TRACKING NUMBER(S)
At Light of Twelve, we strive to provide you with the best possible experience when it comes to selecting and receiving your crystals. We operate from two separate warehouses to ensure a wide selection of crystals and offer you the opportunity to choose your own stones.

One warehouse is dedicated to our "Select Your Own Crystals" option, where you can handpick your desired crystals. We recognized a gap in the market for personalized crystal selection, and we're delighted to fulfill this unique offering. The crystals available for selection are housed in this warehouse. The second warehouse primarily holds our crystals sold by weight or in larger quantities. This setup allows us to efficiently manage inventory and provide you with an extensive range of crystals to choose from.

As a result, when you place an order containing both types of crystals or if your items are sourced from different warehouses, you may receive your order in more than one package.
