Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date with exception to defective or damaged products as listed below where returns must be initiated within five (5) days of receipt of package(s). All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags packaging and labels attached.


To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and contact us by email to initiate the return:

Please note that unless a product is broken upon arrival, the customer is responsible for the costs associated with the return. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable method to mail your return, as we can only process your return once we receive the item back.


For defective or damaged products, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of products at the contact email below to arrange a refund or exchange:

At Light of Twelve, we take pride in offering a unique selection of crystals and minerals. It's important to understand that these natural products may exhibit minor cracks, lines, chips, or holes. These features are not considered defects but rather the inherent and beautiful characteristics of the stones. Rest assured that they do not compromise the energetic properties or overall beauty of the crystals.

Additionally, please be aware that the appearance of crystals in photographs may vary slightly from the actual product you receive. While we do not use photo enhancements, the professional nature and lighting conditions of our product photos may make the crystals appear more vibrant in pictures. In contrast, the crystals you receive might have a more subdued color and a slightly different level of shine or matte due to natural lighting variations and the use of studio equipment.

For our "Choose Your Own Crystals" options (crystals sold not by weight class, height class, etc), we will always make every effort to provide you with the specific crystal you've chosen. However, in the rare event that a discrepancy in inventory occurs and your chosen crystal is not available, we assure you that we will substitute it with a crystal of equal or greater quality. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we strive to ensure you receive a crystal that resonates with your intentions and needs.

If you believe that the item you received has a genuine manufacturing defect or that the replacement "Choose Your Own Crystal" does not match the quality or value of your selected crystal, please contact us at the email address above with your concern within five (5) days of product receipt. An initial determination will be made via email replies, and if necessary, we may request you to send pictures or a video of the received crystal to assess the situation accurately. All initiations must be started and completed within this 5 day window in order to process this type of return. Once we receive the item back, we will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that there was no additional damage during the return process.

In such cases where a defect or discrepancy is confirmed, we will be more than happy to offer you a replacement or refund as appropriate.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least twenty (20) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
